Re: Ongoing Harassment and Nuisance; CPC File: 2014-2936, Your File: 29413

Thank you for your letter marked Protected “A” dated July 24th, post marked July 27th and received by me on July 28th. Can you please tell me what your Protected “A” notation stands for?

I was previously advised that the investigation into my complaint against Constable Anselmo issuing a ticket against me for my protest demonstration on September 28, 2014 was completed, although at this late date I have no recollection of anyone interviewing me. In any event, I confirm that I have yet to receive a decision on the matter, and that the above-noted letter from you says that the investigation is in fact ongoing, but delayed by other priorities.

So far it has been 10 months of tortuous stress and sickening delay. Prolonging this investigation increases the pressure and encourages other neighbours to attack. How is that reasonable? How much time do you usually need for this process?

I confirm, in addition, that I am not aware of any response to my July 9th letter to you requesting police action to resolve the related nuisance that I complained of by way of enclosing a copy of my letter to the strata written on July 6th but faxed on July 7, 2015, setting out how my neighbour, Mr. Slusarczyk, verbally assaulted me over water from my hose escaping onto the common property between our patios. I apologize if I was not clear enough in making my complaint and ask you once again to respond to it, particularly as he continued yelling at me with hostility on July 20, 2015.

Whether you consider it a domestic dispute, harassment, or property related nuisance, further details are provided for your information in the enclosed copies of my related letters to the strata corporation dated July 20, 2015, and to Mr. and Mrs. Slusarczyk dated July 27, 2015. With all due respect to your other priorities, I would really appreciate receiving functional responses in a reasonably timely manner because the oppression is escalating and the pressure is killing me.
