If you have still not concluded your investigation into my complaint
against Constable Anselmo for issuing a ticket against me for trespass on a
recreational sundeck that I have common property ownership of, and a corresponding
right to access and benefit from in proportion to my unit entitlement, please
consider the attached photos as an update to the related files, material, notes
or statements, which I understand you are reviewing.
Hopefully the attached photos from the past couple of months will also illustrate
how the recreational sundeck in front of Unit 408 was the most appropriate
facility for my September 28, 2014 protest against years of ongoing corruption
and unfair treatment.
Photo 1 dated August 9th shows the owner of Unit 408 who is
one of the members of council persecuting me with the RCMP by fraudulently
claiming to have the right to use common property for her own exclusive benefit
in a sickening conspiracy to avoid paying user fees, photo 2 dated July 30th
shows her corresponding unlawful, unjust enrichment, and photo 3 also dated July
30th shows some related endangerment she is inflicting on others.
Photo 4 dated August 5th shows an obstructive post
trespassing on my strata plan patio for years, photo 5 dated July 31st
shows the related waste of my legitimate patio space for the benefit of
corrupt, abusive neighbours depriving me of privacy and proportional enjoyment
of common property, photo 6 dated August 5th shows how council
installed the post in a manner that created a nuisance and persistently prevented
me from moving it, and photo 7 dated August 5th shows how a merciful
member of council finally cut the bolt to remove the rotten post on August 5th,
after I told council repeatedly that the stress made me feel like using a
machine gun to take the offending obstruction down.
Photo 8 dated July 20th shows the effect on my face of the
ongoing conspiracy by neighbours who surround me and make defamatory attacks to
undermine my credibility and sustain their own unjust enrichment, and photo 9
dated August 11th shows when council finally painted wood lattice that
it installed years earlier after it ruthlessly destroyed most of the landscaping
surrounding my home. Although council is still claiming, unlawfully, that the resultant
painting burden falls to me, what actually belongs to me is the right to shared
enjoyment of common property surrounding my home, and what belongs to council
is the duty to maintain the common property, act in good faith, and paint the lattice
and decking that it arbitrarily added contrary to my wishes.
It has been almost 11 months now, and the RCMP’s involvement in this
matter is continually interfering with my sleep, please render your report and stop
prolonging the stress.
