Re: CPC File: 2014-2936, Your File: 29413

If my written statement provided enough information for you to thoroughly understand the details of my complaint, as you say, and your investigation includes a review of the related files, notes, material, or statements, particularly statements of how sickening and harmful this is to me, it seems to me that you are maximizing your ability to prolong matters and as such are violating my rights as much as, or more than, Constable Anselmo did in issuing a ticket against me for trespass.

As you know, or ought to know, the strata corporation is not entitled to deprive me of access to the recreational sundeck in front of Unit 408, and is in fact prohibited from doing so by Sections 134 and 135 of the Strata Property Act, as I have never contravened a strata bylaw or rule relating to that facility. It is my understanding that issuing a ticket against me was unlawful and the RCMP has no more right to be depriving me of access to that facility than the strata corporation. Please correct me if I am wrong.

Due to nearly 11 months of ongoing RCMP delay I repeat once again that your exercise of power is interfering with my right to protest against significant unfairness, unjust enrichment, and corruption and is undermining my credibility. You do not seem to understand this, but if you do, I hope that your report will compensate somehow.

The RCMP’s ongoing action against me is continually interfering with my sleep, please render your report and stop prolonging the stress.
