Re: Complaint Against the RCMP, CPC File:
2014-2936, Your File: 29413
As I have
had no reply to my letter of April 20th and you have yet to contact me
as you said you would in your letter dated April 13th I am writing
to you again.
Based on
the last Annual General Meeting of the strata corporation I am concerned that permission
for exclusive use of the common property in question may be granted at the next
Annual General Meeting and then my legal right to protest against unfair
treatment in the most prominent and relevant location would be gone.
My
understanding of the ticket that Constable Anselmo issued accusing me of
trespassing on enclosed land has me convinced that if I stop heeding his
warning to expect “worse” and dare to resume my protest, that the RCMP could
use physical force against me if I cross the boundary that Constable Anselmo has
imposed on me since September 27th.
Please contact
me without further delay and explain what the threat of “worse” is supposed to
mean, and correct me if my understanding of this 7-month restraint on my
freedom is in any way erroneous. I need to know with more certainty what to
expect if I resume my protest on the same sundeck on the common property, which
is still shared, not limited, and the RCMP is called again to intervene.
This
letter is written at 4 a.m. I am losing sleep worrying about the assaults on my
rights and the stigma arising from the RCMP’s actions against me. Right now I
have an outbreak of hives that follows a pattern related to stress. While the
RCMP prolongs their actions against me with months of delay I am sweating it
out, suffering from insomnia, bowel spasms, headaches, painful muscle tension,
and hives.
Please
contact me.
