Re: Ticket for trespass issued by RCMP on September 28, 2014; CPC File: 2014-2936; Your File: 29413

I am writing in response to the delay in handing my complaints concerning the RCMP thwarting my right to protest against corrupt governance by erroneously issuing and sustaining a ticket for trespass on common property that I clearly own an interest in and a corresponding statutory right to access and enjoy the benefit of that significantly exceeds that of the owner who built the recreational sundeck that provoked and hosted my protest.

I have told you that the RCMP’s action against me is harmful and interfering with my sleep and have asked you to stop prolonging the matter. Yet for over a year the RCMP has persistently failed to correct, or to even issue a final investigation report on its action against me. I believe that this is supporting corrupt members of strata management acting in conflict and members of council taking for their own unjust enrichment common property which nobody has ever been granted the right to exclusive use of in accordance with the law, or paid corresponding user fees for. To me the police’s action against me is traumatic, the extremely prolonged nature of it is alarming, and the RCMP’s role in the matter since September 2014 has seriously eroded my trust and undermined my ability to rely reasonably on the law.

In another attempt to obtain a copy of your final report I even made an online application under the Privacy Act for all of the information that pertains to me, which was received by the RCMP on September 19, 2015. Believe it or not, I had actually hoped to receive a complete, accurate and timely response, but of course I have not received any of the information that I requested more than 30 days later.

I would like to know why I have been unable to access the final investigation report for so many months after I was first advised that the investigation was complete and that the final report was being prepared. I finally have a date for a court hearing about the ticket on November 25, 2015, but I have still not received the final investigation report that I have been waiting for, or even a copy of it. I think there is something seriously wrong with all of this.

The extraordinary wait for this report has dragged on painfully without end, so in the meantime can you please be kind enough to phone and give me some indication at least of the final results of the investigation and when I might receive a copy of the final report, without further delay?
