Re: Ticket for trespass issued by RCMP on September 27, 2014, CPC File: 2014-2936

I am writing in follow up to the extraordinary delay in addressing the above-noted ticket. For over a year the RCMP has been thwarting my right to protest against corrupt governance by erroneously issuing and sustaining a ticket for trespass on common property that I clearly own an interest in and threatening worse if I exercise my corresponding statutory entitlement to access and enjoy the benefit of it by occupying the situate sundeck that provoked and hosted my protest, which nobody has ever been granted the right to exclusive use of in accordance with the law. There seems to be significantly more than insufficient training in the RCMP when prolonged delay turns time into a weapon of attack on people’s rights even worse than the first ones.

I have advised the RCMP that its action against me is harmful and interfering with my sleep and have asked that the matter stop being prolonged. Yet for over a year the RCMP has persistently failed to correct, or to even issue a final investigation report on its actions against me. I believe this whole process supports members of strata management making deceptive and disparaging misrepresentations in unscrupulous conflicts of interest to the detriment of others and members of council unlawfully taking common property for their own unjust enrichment without paying user fees. The police’s action against me is traumatic, the extremely prolonged nature of delay is alarming, and the roles played by all of those involved ever since the ticket was issued has seriously eroded my trust and undermined my ability to rely reasonably on the law.

In another attempt to obtain a copy of a copy of the final investigation report I even made an online application under the Privacy Act for all of the information that pertains to me, which was received by the RCMP on September 19, 2015. Believe it or not, I had actually hoped to receive a complete, accurate and timely response, but of course I have not received any of the information that I requested more than 30 days later. I think there is something seriously wrong with all of this.

I finally have a date for a court hearing about the ticket on November 25, 2015, but I have still not received the final investigation report that I have been waiting for, or even a copy of it. The wait for this report has dragged on painfully without end for unknown or questionable reasons.

Can you please tell me what is going on? Can you tell me why I have been unable to access the final investigation report for so many months after I was first advised that the investigation was complete and that the final report was being prepared? Can you please be kind enough to have someone phone and give me some indication at least of the results of the final investigation and when I might receive a copy of the report?
